Accuracy of Colors
We have displayed most of our products using self-taken photos. To provide the best preview of the products, we have done our very best to produce photos with the most accurate colours. However, due to the fact that colour on different monitors will give different colour effects and resolution, we cannot guarantee that the output of your monitor will be the most accurate.

Customizing the earrings with the colours you like is possible. However, it will be subject to availability of the colors. Please contact us to find out on the availability of the colours.

Orders
Before you order, please read the terms and condition first.

Placing an order
If you wish to place an order, please contact us, with Subject "Order - your name & contact email" with the following:
Customer name, Mailing Address, Item Name, Item Code & Contactable Email Address
After an order is received, an email will be send to notify you on the payment details. Item(s) will be shipped  within 3 working days after payment is received.

Canceling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us, with Subject "Cancel Order - #" with the following:
Customer name, Email address and Item Code (item code will be next to item name)

Note: If your order has already been paid, refund will be 50% of what has been paid.

Care of Products
Care of accessories is very important. Please note that all metal will definitely tarnish in time so keep your accessories in containers and keep away from all water sources then you will prolong your accessories lifespan. :)
